The popular 12v compact range was launched around this time which offered quality power tools powered by lithium ion batteries offering great performance in a compact and ergonomically designed package. In addition to this came the 18V range of cordless drills and powertools offering great performance and power for proffessional tradesman and DIY enthusiasts.
